Some of you who follow me on Instagram or twitter (both loveandlabels_) might have seen this snapshot. It’s of my new bracelet from Oasap, an amazing reptile (or velociraptor ?) claw in gold metal. I’ve been trying to update my ‘gold bracelet collection’ recently – I really used to love silver when I was younger, never ever wearing any gold jewelry whatsoever. Well, times and people change and so I am trying to fill my collection with loads of gold and sparkling jewelry! Any tips are more than welcome. Of course, I would like to be able to afford the real deal, but for now I’ll just settle for all the pretty costume jewelry. I’ll be wearing this baby some time soon, perhaps even for my presentation in London. Yes, before I forget, I’m heading to London on Thursday for a week. I’ll be presenting my thesis at an academic conference (for those of you interested the conference is called ‘Beyond Representation’) and then of course shopping in London!
